为研究电子束辐照对党参品质及药效成分的影响,采用0、1、3、5、7 k Gy不同剂量的电子束辐照党参,于辐照当天、6、12个月检测党参样品,结果表明:随着辐照剂量的增加和贮藏时间的延长,党参的蛋白质变化不大,但辐照组党参粗脂肪与可溶性糖在贮藏6个月后有一定的下降;0~3k Gy剂量辐照不影响党参氨基酸总含量,5~7k Gy剂量组的氨基酸总含量在贮藏的6和12个月明显低于0~3k Gy组。辐照剂量在3k Gy时党参炔苷下降趋势不明显,电子束辐照对党参多糖含量无影响。综合考量认为,电子束辐照加工技术可以用于党参的养护,其最佳工艺剂量为3k Gy,在此剂量条件下可保证党参的药效成分和主要营养品质不受明显影响。
To study the effect of electron beam irradiation on the quality and medicinal composition of Codonopsis pilosula, Codonopsis pilosula was irradiated by different doses of 0, 1, 3, 5 and 7 k Gy electron beam, and the samples of Codonopsis The results showed that the protein content of Codonopsis pilosula had little change with the increase of irradiation dose and storage time, but the amount of crude fat and soluble sugar of Cortex Ginseng decreased slightly after 6 months of storage in irradiation group. The dose of 0 ~ 3k Gy Radiation did not affect the total amino acid content of Codonopsis pilosula. The total amino acid content of 5 ~ 7k Gy dose group was significantly lower than that of 0 ~ 3k Gy group at 6 and 12 months of storage. The dose of 3k Gy irradiation when the downward trend of ginseng not obvious, electron beam irradiation Codonopsis polysaccharide content had no effect. Comprehensive consideration that the electron beam irradiation processing technology can be used for the conservation of Codonopsis, the best process dose of 3k Gy, under this dose to ensure that the Codonopsis ingredients and the main nutritional quality is not significantly affected.
