为探讨高温所致免疫功能改变机制,本研究通过不同水平锌对热应激大鼠免疫学指标白细胞介素2(IL-2)和血液白细胞(WBC)凋亡的影响进行了研究。结果表明:适当补锌可以促进脾脏淋巴细胞IL-2的生成,而低锌则使其生成减少;适当补锌可以防止血液WBC凋亡,而低锌则可促进WBC凋亡。结论:锌对WBC凋亡的影响可能是高温影响机体免疫功能的重要机制之一。
In order to investigate the mechanisms of immune function induced by hyperthermia, we investigated the effects of different levels of zinc on the apoptosis of interleukin 2 (IL-2) and white blood cells (WBC) in rats with heat stress. The results showed that appropriate zinc supplementation could promote the production of IL-2 in spleen lymphocytes, while low zinc reduced the production of WBC. Appropriate zinc supplementation could prevent WBC apoptosis in blood, while low zinc could promote WBC apoptosis. Conclusion: The effect of zinc on the apoptosis of WBC may be one of the important mechanisms of high temperature on immune function.
