为解决原油开采前需测得井下油层密度分布的问题,利用将放射源、闪烁晶体探测器、放大电路、数据存储电路、高压电源、锂电池组装成一体,放入不锈钢管中,可构成井下存储式核密度计。该密度计可在井下长期记录油层密度的变化曲线。重点介绍核密度的设计原理的同时充分分析了单片机(AT89c2051)与存储器(E2PROM)进行数据传输的电路设计与软件的编程方法。依此方法,单片机应用系统的片外数据存储器扩展到很大容量,设计方法简单,易于控制,硬件工作稳定。
