该研究的目的在于分析集料的特性和级配对不同沥青混合料抗滑性能的影响。研究中使用不同料源的集料制作沥青混合料面板,并使用美国国家沥青技术中心(NCAT)开发的轮胎磨光仪对沥青混合料面板进行磨耗。通过铺砂法、摆式摩擦仪、动态摩擦系数测试仪(DFT)和环形纹理测试仪(CTM)测量了每块面板的摩擦特性,建立了国际摩阻指数的数学函数,可预测国际摩阻指数(IFI)和沥青混合料的抗滑性能。
The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of aggregate characteristics and gradation on the skid resistance of different asphalt mixtures. Asphalt mix panels were made using aggregates from different sources in the study and the asphalt mix panels were abraded using a tire polisher developed by the National Asphalt Technology Center (NCAT). The friction characteristics of each panel were measured by the method of sand spreading, pendulum friction tester, dynamic friction coefficient tester (DFT) and ring texture tester (CTM), and the mathematical function of the international friction index was established to predict the international friction Index (IFI) and asphalt mixture skid resistance.
