本文观察了体外培养的肿瘤细胞(HeLa、人肝癌细胞,人肺腺癌细胞及人横纹肌肉瘤细胞等)经HpD(30μg/ml)处理30min后接受γ线(5.0Gy)照射时某些细胞生物学特性及形态的改变.以辐射增敏比(SER)大小表示HpD的辐射增敏程度.实验结果表明,各肿瘤细胞经HpD处理后SER值均大于1.按SER值大小顺序排列,人肝癌细胞(3.11)、人肺腺癌细胞(2.08)、人横纹肌肉瘤细胞(1.47)和HeLa细胞(1.51),细胞形态学与生物学特性的变化是一致的.
In this paper, we observed that in vitro cultured tumor cells (HeLa, human hepatoma cells, human lung adenocarcinoma cells, human rhabdomyosarcoma cells, etc.) were treated with HgD (30 μg/ml) for 30 min and then irradiated with γ-rays (5.0 Gy).
