研究与制定大气环境质量标准,即确定和评价大气中污染物浓度与暴露时间的影响、损害作用及彼此的相互关系乃是环境保护的重要研究课题。环保、卫生方面的科技工作者对此十分关心。本文建议统一采用“标准状况下、标准组成干燥空气中所含污染物浓度”的严格概念。作者并且研究了大气采样中由于现场条件与大气成份不同所产生的气体流量计量误差,得出了这种误差的一般数学表达式,并用实验进行了验证,结果令人满意。
Studying and formulating atmospheric environmental quality standards, that is, identifying and evaluating the effects of pollutant concentration and exposure time in the atmosphere, the role of damage, and the mutual relationship between them are important research topics for environmental protection. Environmental and health science and technology workers are very concerned about this. This article proposes to apply the strict concept of “concentration of pollutants contained in dry air in standard conditions and standards”. The authors also studied the gas flow measurement errors caused by the different conditions of the atmosphere and atmospheric components in the atmospheric sampling, and obtained the general mathematical expression of this error, and verified it with experiments. The results are satisfactory.
