ＩＥＡ法检测小鼠肝炎病毒抗体方法的建立，并对ＥＬＩＳＡ法和ＩＥＡ法检测小鼠肝炎病毒抗体的敏感性进行了比较。共检测小鼠血清１９７份，两种方法符合率为９２．５％。结果表明，ＩＥＡ法同ＥＬＩＳＡ法一样，是较为敏感的试验方法，具有简单快速的优点，可用于大批标本的检测
The establishment of the method of detecting mouse hepatitis virus by IEA method and the comparison of the sensitivity between ELISA method and IEA method for detecting mouse hepatitis virus antibody.
