March 9, the CPC Shenyang Municipal Party School, Shenyang Institute of Administration, Shenyang Institute of Socialism 2015 spring ceremony. Xing Kai, vice secretary of municipal Party committee and municipal party school, attended the ceremony and delivered a speech. Liu Guixiang, member of the Municipal Standing Committee and Organization Department, presided over the opening ceremony.
