目的:研究调衡方对H22(小鼠肝癌)与EAC(艾氏腹水癌)荷瘤小鼠的抑瘤作用。方法:建立小鼠H22实体瘤及EAC腹水癌模型,观察抑瘤率和生命延长率。结果:19·5g/kg、31·5g/kg、42g/kg的调衡Ⅰ、Ⅱ号方组,31·5g/kg单Ⅰ号组,单Ⅱ号组,对H22和EAC小鼠瘤株均有明显抑制作用。结论:调衡Ⅰ、Ⅱ号具有抗肿瘤作用,对H22小鼠抑瘤率分别为23·08%~51·44%;对EAC腹水癌的生命延长率分别为10·94%~27·33%。
Objective: To study the antitumor effect of Diaohengfang on H22 (mouse liver cancer) and EAC (Ehrlich ascites carcinoma) tumor-bearing mice. Methods: Mouse H22 solid tumor and EAC ascites carcinoma model were established. The tumor inhibition rate and life extension rate were observed. Results: The tumor cell lines H22 and EAC of 19.5 g / kg, 31.5 g / kg and 42 g / kg of I, II group and 31.5 g / kg of single Ⅰ group and single Ⅱ group Have significant inhibitory effect. CONCLUSION: The antitumor effects of I and II were balanced and the tumor inhibition rates of H22 mice were 23.08% -51.44%. The life prolongation rates of EAC ascites carcinoma were 10.94% -27.33 %.
