以益气化瘀立法的中药口服液对妊娠大鼠离体子宫平滑肌解痉作用和在体子宫微循环的影响进行了研究，结果显示：益气化瘀法能有效缓解催产素所致子宫平滑肌痉挛、增加子宫表面微血管数目、扩张血管管径、使微血管血流加速，从而使子宫表面微血管网血流量增加。达到改善子宫微循环、维持妊娠、促进宫内胎儿生长的目的。
