铁路路基填料设计中,经常就地取材,在粉细砂为主的地区,常利用粉细砂作为填料,虽然粉细砂属于C组填料,但由于其粒径单一、级配不良,K30达不到规范标准,而且大型机械无法施工,需要对其进行改良。通过对粉细砂试验段掺入不同体积的A、B组(砾砂或碎石土)填料试验,结果表明K30值能得到不同程度的提高,达到设计要求,并有效解决施工困难的问题。
