他汀类药物 ,作为一类经典和有效的降脂药物 ,在肾脏疾病的治疗中已得到广泛应用。近年研究发现 ,这类药物具有非依赖降脂的肾脏保护作用。他汀类药物可抑制甲羟戊酸代谢产物如FPP、GGPP的合成 ,使依赖FPP、GGPP修饰的小GTP蛋白如Ras和Rho不能定位于细胞膜 ,从而抑制细胞内信号传导 ,并进一步通过抑制细胞增殖 ,诱导其凋亡 ;调节细胞因子和生长因子的合成 ;减少细胞外基质合成促进其降解 ,产生肾保护作用。
Statins, as a class of classic and effective lipid-lowering drugs, have been widely used in the treatment of renal diseases.
