目的探讨食品添加剂次磷酸钠对小鼠骨髓细胞微核的影响。方法受试物经口给予小鼠,采用30 h处理法,取各组小鼠胸骨骨髓涂片、染色、阅片并统计各组小鼠骨髓细胞微核率。结果实验组小鼠骨髓细胞微核率与阴性对照组比较差异不显著(P>0.05);与阳性对照组比较差异极显著(P<0.01)。结论受试物次磷酸钠对小鼠骨髓细胞微核率无显著影响,初步表明次磷酸钠无遗传毒性。
Objective To investigate the effect of sodium hypophosphite on the micronuclei of mouse bone marrow cells. Methods The mice were orally administered with the test substance, and the bone marrow smears of the sternal bone of each group were stained by 30-hour treatment, and the micronuclei of bone marrow cells of mice in each group were stained and read. Results There was no significant difference in micronucleus rate between the experimental group and the negative control group (P> 0.05). The difference was significant compared with the positive control group (P <0.01). Conclusion The test substance hypophosphite has no significant effect on the micronuclei rate of bone marrow cells in mice, which indicates that sodium hypophosphite has no genotoxicity.
