为了对河北省某肉鸡养殖场发生的疑似念珠菌感染病例进行确诊,并进一步确定致病病原的遗传特征和基因型,采用分离培养、形态特征观察、ITS基因序列分析、基因分型鉴定等方法进行了肉鸡白色念珠菌(C.albicans)的分离与鉴定研究。结果表明:5株分离菌均属于白色念珠菌;5株分离株之间ITS基因同源性为96.9%~97.4%,与Gen Bank上白色念珠菌标准菌(FJ662402株、JN606308株)ITS基因的同源性为79.6%~99.7%;5株分离菌株中1株为基因A型,4株为基因C型。说明导致河北省某肉鸡养殖场发病的病原为基因A型和C型的白色念珠菌,应引起重视。
In order to diagnose the suspected Candida infection in a broiler farm in Hebei Province and further determine the genetic characteristics and genotypes of the causative pathogen, the methods of isolation and culture, morphological observation, ITS gene sequence analysis and genotyping were used The isolation and identification of C. albicans in broiler chickens were studied. The results showed that the five isolates belonged to Candida albicans. The ITS gene homology among the five isolates was 96.9% ~ 97.4%, which was close to the ITS gene of Candida albicans standard strains (FJ662402 and JN606308) on GenBank The homology was 79.6% -99.7%. One of five isolates was genotype A and four genotypes were genotype C. Description of the cause of a broiler farms in Hebei Province pathogenic gene type A and C Candida albicans should be taken seriously.
