This paper summarizes the characteristics of receivers in the radio frequency subsystem of WCDMA base station and proposes a feasible structure to analyze the requirements of WCDMA for the signal to noise ratio, adjacent channel selectivity and local phase noise of RF circuits in superheterodyne receivers. Finally, the RF receiver on the Agilent 89441 vector signal analyzer measurements.
