狂犬病五十年代曾在我区各县流行。六十年代及七十年代已无此病发生,但近年来传入我区。自1980年1月上蔡县发生首例病人后,截止1982年7月底的不完全统计,被疯狗(或健康带毒)及疯动物咬抓伤者9762人,疫报发病142例,均死亡。咬伤发病率为1,45%。我们对所有发病者进行了个案调查,现将资料完整的139例作流行病学分析。 Rabies in the fifties have been popular in counties in our district.
