以库尔勒香梨叶片为材料,在36℃高温下,采用高温干旱、灌水、喷水3种处理方式,以可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白含量、淀粉含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、过氧化物酶(POD)活性、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性为测定指标,研究高温干旱对库尔勒香梨叶片生理指标的影响。结果表明:与灌水、喷水处理相比,高温干旱处理下香梨叶片中可溶性糖含量和SOD、CAT活性呈上升趋势,淀粉含量下降,可溶性蛋白含量和POD活性显著升高,随着处理时间的延长,可溶性蛋白含量、POD活性呈下降趋势。说明高温干旱对植株的生理指标产生一定影响。喷水条件下,香梨叶片中SOD、CAT活性呈逐渐下降趋势,说明喷水处理不能清除叶片中积累的活性氧,也不能够缓解高温干旱对香梨带来的伤害。在灌水条件下,香梨叶片的SOD、POD、CAT活性变化趋势平缓,这是由于灌水降低了叶片中活性氧浓度,说明香梨在灌水条件下没有受到高温伤害。
The leaves of Korla fragrant pear were treated with high temperature, drought, irrigation and watering at 36 ℃. The soluble sugar, soluble protein, starch, superoxide dismutase (SOD) (POD) and catalase (CAT) activity were measured to study the effect of drought and drought on the leaf physiological indices of Korla fragrant pear. The results showed that compared with irrigation and watering treatments, the content of soluble sugar and the activities of SOD and CAT in leaves of pear increased under high temperature and drought stress, the content of starch decreased, the content of soluble protein and the activity of POD increased significantly. With the increase of treatment time The soluble protein content and POD activity showed a decreasing trend. Indicating that high temperature and drought on the physiological indicators of plants have a certain impact. Under water spray conditions, the activity of SOD and CAT in pear leaves showed a gradual downward trend, which indicated that water spray treatment could not remove the active oxygen accumulated in the leaves and could not alleviate the damage caused by high temperature and drought. Under irrigation condition, the change trend of SOD, POD and CAT of pear leaves was gentle, which was due to the decrease of active oxygen concentration in leaves by irrigation, indicating that pear was not damaged by high temperature under irrigation.
