采用玻片浸渍法测定了5种生物农药对截形叶螨的室内毒力,并在田间评价了5种生物农药对枣树叶螨的防效,以期筛选出适合新疆枣树花期使用的杀螨剂。结果表明:0.3%苦参碱对雌成螨的LC50为0.0264mg/L,其次为1.8%阿维·鱼藤酮和2%甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐,LC50分别为0.2678mg/L和1.1512mg/L,0.5%印楝素最低,LC50为2.2604mg/L;0.3%苦参碱水剂和球孢白僵菌菌悬液对枣花的影响最小,药后5d落花率分别34.78%和32.61%,1.8%阿维·鱼藤酮和0.5%印楝素药后5d的落花率分别为43.33%和45.45%。综上,0.3%苦参碱1500、2 000倍液,1.8%阿维·鱼藤酮2 000、2 500倍液和球孢白僵菌10倍菌悬液对截形叶螨的田间防效均在84%以上,可作为枣树花期推荐使用的杀螨剂。
The indoor toxicity of five biological pesticides to Tetranychus urticae was determined by the slide-immersion method.
