当今社会学生和教师均存在课堂不安全感现象,但众多研究者多从学生角度出发,忽视了教师在中学课堂教学中的不安全感现象。本文将研究视角放在教师群体上,从课堂安全感的涵义出发,认为:教师课堂安全感是指教师能够具备掌控课堂的能力,自信从容进行教学,指导学生高效学习,从而分析其表现为社会背景、学校环境和管理、教师自身因素三个方面的影响因素,进而提出加强教师自身内部调节和学校管理者外部调适的两大建议,从而增强教师课堂安全感,顺利开展教育教学。
In today’s society, students and teachers all have the phenomenon of classroom insecurity. However, many researchers ignore the teacher’s sense of insecurity in middle school classroom teaching from the perspective of students. Based on the meaning of the sense of security in the classroom, this paper holds that teacher’s sense of classroom security means that teachers have the ability to control the classroom, to be calm and confident in teaching, to guide students to learn effectively and to analyze their performance as a society Background, school environment and management, and teachers’ own factors, and then put forward two suggestions to strengthen teachers’ self-regulation and external adjustment of school administrators so as to enhance teachers’ sense of class safety and carry out education and teaching smoothly.
