2005年9月5日下午,《直销管理条例》和《禁止传销条例》正式公布后的首个工作日,安利全球执行副总裁、安利 (中国)董事长郑李锦芬就《条例》公布在广州召开记者见面会。与此同时, 素有国内民企直销“大哥大”之称的天狮集团董事长李金元也在京召开了记者见面会。一外一内两大直销企业的掌门人抢在同一个下午向媒体表达了对直销法规的态度,以及申牌和今后如何调整营销策略。这也意味着《条例》实施后的首批直销牌照的申请将进入冲刺阶段,夺牌之战日趋白热化。据直销专家预计,我国未来3至 5年,直销业的销售额约为在800亿至1000亿元。这的确是一个有着巨大诱惑力的“蛋糕”,国内外直销企业有一千个理由咬着它不松口。
