传统的直接诊断交通安全技术在排查交通安全隐患过程中,因为不能排查到小范围内事故的集聚,可能无法准确地捕捉事故发生异常路段的边界。针对不足,提出了一种新的交通安全甄别方法:连续模式识别技术,通过连续移动并对每个移动间隔进行识别可以挖掘出事故的潜在问题,准确找出具体类型事故异常的路段。给出了此方法分析步骤和操作要点,研究了连续模式识别技术定量事故异常程度的计算方法。此方法计算的重复性可借助计算机编程实现,操作简单,作为交通安全诊断的一种工具,通过正确判别交通隐患位置,从而做出相应对策,提高道路交通安全水平。
The traditional direct diagnosis of traffic safety technology in the investigation of potential traffic safety hazards, because it can not be found in a small area of the accident cluster, may not be able to accurately capture the boundaries of the accident section of the anomalies. Aiming at the shortcomings, a new method of traffic safety screening is proposed: continuous pattern recognition technology. By continuously moving and identifying each moving interval, the potential problems of the accident can be excavated, and the sections with abnormal types of accidents can be accurately identified. The analysis steps and operation essentials of this method are given, and the calculation method of quantitative accident anomalies by continuous pattern recognition technology is studied. The repeatability calculated by this method can be realized by computer programming and is simple to operate. As a tool for traffic safety diagnosis, correct measures can be made to identify the location of traffic hazards so as to make corresponding countermeasures and improve the traffic safety level.
