测定了洛川、白水试验园中的套袋及不套袋苹果果皮、果肉中的Pb、Cd、Cr含量.对其分布及其机理进行了研究。结果发现:①所采样品均达到国家无公害苹果标准。Pb的背景值高于Cd、Cr。②套袋与Pb、Cd、 Cr含量之间呈明显的相关性,即不套袋苹果、套单层育果袋苹果的Pb、Cd、Cr含量分别高于套袋苹果及套双层育果袋苹果。③育果袋的透气性越大,苹果中Pb、Cd、Cr的含量越高。④重金属主要集中在果皮中。由此可见,苹果套袋是降低苹果重金属含量的有效措施。
The contents of Pb, Cd and Cr in bagged and non-bagged apple peel and pulp in Luochuan and Baishui test garden were measured. Its distribution and its mechanism were studied. The results showed that: ① the samples are up to the national pollution-free apple standards. The background value of Pb is higher than that of Cd and Cr. ② bagging and Pb, Cd, Cr content was significantly correlated, that is not bagged apple, bag sets of single-fruit bagged apple were higher than the content of bagged apple and sets of double-layer fruit Bag of apples. The higher the permeability of fruit bag, the higher the contents of Pb, Cd and Cr in apple. ④ heavy metals are mainly concentrated in the peel. Thus, apple bagging is an effective measure to reduce the heavy metal content in apples.
