在常用的水压机上进行大吨位冲裁时,由于冲击力较大,易使设备的液压系统的密封部件漏油,甚至危及水压机安装基础的正常工作。在不断实践和研究的基础上,我厂实现了用旧水压机冲压大型工件的冲裁工艺,满足了生产需要。下面以C62M型敞车侧柱的切边、冲孔模为例,介绍该冲裁工艺。 C62M型敞车的侧柱共有12根,其结构形状如图1所示。侧柱共有三种:第一种,在侧柱的一端有6个φ21的铆钉孔,另一端在凹槽的两侧各有8个φ17的螺栓孔(见图1);第二种,一端有6个φ21的铆钉孔,另一端在凹槽的一侧有8个φ16的螺栓孔;第三种,一端有6个φ21的铆钉孔,另一端有8个φ16的螺栓孔,但布置在凹槽的另外一侧(相对于第二种)。
