研究目的:针对铁路建设过程中对生态环境造成的影响,在运用生态足迹模型计算、分析黔东南苗族侗族自治州2006年生态可持续能力的基础上,探讨在生态敏感的西南山区实现“绿色铁路”建设的方法和措施,为实现铁路建设与资源的保护协调提供可借鉴的方法。研究结论:(1)黔东南苗族侗族自治州2006年的人均生态足迹为1.322 62 hm2,人均生态承载力为0.756 66 hm2,人均生态赤字为0.565 96 hm2,该州的社会经济发展模式处于不可持续的状态;(2)在黔东南苗族侗族自治州进行绿色铁路建设,实现铁路建设与环境保护的协调,需要保护林地资源和水资源,同时要合理利用土地资源。
Research purposes: In view of the impact on the ecological environment during the railway construction, based on the ecological footprint model calculation and analysis of the ecological sustainability of the Miao and Dong Autonomous Prefecture in 2006 in the southwest of Guizhou Province, "Methods and measures of construction, to provide a reference for the realization of railway construction and resource protection coordination. The conclusions are as follows: (1) The per capita ecological footprint of Qiandongnan Miao and Dong Autonomous Prefecture was 1.322 62 hm2 in 2006, the per capita ecological carrying capacity was 0.756 66 hm2, and the per capita ecological deficit was 0.565 96 hm2. The state’s social and economic development model was unsustainable State; (2) Green-rail construction in Qiandongnan Miao and Dong Autonomous Prefecture to achieve the coordination of railway construction and environmental protection requires the protection of forest land resources and water resources, and meanwhile the rational use of land resources.
