合作是指为了共同的目的一起工作或共同完成某项任务的过程。其特征包括:有讨论、磋商的过程,有实现目标或任务的途径(或方法),其结果是群体人员共同认可的。教师要让幼儿真正感受和体验合作性活动,培养幼儿的合作意识,使他们获得合作的经验和能力。但在具体实施过程中,我们设计的合作活动常常未取得预期效果,这与我们未能从幼儿角度来考虑合作目标的制订、合作内容的选择和合作形式的运用有关。
Cooperation refers to the process of working together or accomplishing a task together for a common purpose. Its characteristics include: the process of discussion and consultation, and the ways (or methods) of achieving the goal or task, the result of which is commonly accepted by group members. Teachers should make young children truly feel and experience cooperative activities, cultivate young children’s sense of cooperation so that they can gain the experience and ability of cooperation. However, during the implementation process, the cooperation activities we designed often failed to achieve the expected results. This is due to our failure to consider the formulation of cooperation objectives, the selection of cooperation contents and the application of forms of cooperation from the perspective of young children.
