目的:为了解平湖市发热出疹性疾病(RFIs)的血清流行病学特征,以便更好地开展麻疹监测。方法:采集了该地区2007年1月—2009年12月暴发和散发病例的急性期血清标本258例,用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)捕捉法检测麻疹和风疹IgM抗体。结果:258份血清标本中,麻疹IgM抗体阳性191份(74.03%);风疹IgM抗体阳性8例(3.10%),其他RFIs 59例(22.87%)。结论:RFIs常年散发,以春季为主,发病以<1岁及>15岁为主。血清学诊断为科学鉴别RFIs的重要手段,应加强麻疹疫苗的有效接种和强化免疫是加速控制麻疹的主要策略。
Objective: To understand the serological epidemiology of fever and rash in Pinghu (RFIs) in order to better monitor measles. Methods: A total of 258 cases of acute phase outbreak and sporadic cases were collected from January 2007 to December 2009 in the area, and measles and rubella IgM antibodies were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results: Of the 258 serum samples, 191 (74.03%) were positive for measles IgM; 8 (3.10%) were IgM positive for rubella and 59 (22.87%) were other RFIs. Conclusion: The RFIs are distributed year after year mainly in spring, with incidence of <1 year old and> 15 years old. Serological diagnosis is an important means to scientifically identify RFIs. Effective measles vaccination and intensive immunization are the main strategies to speed up measles control.
