上海解放卅四年来第一次、也是国务院批准上海扩大对外经济贸易自主权以后第一次举办的综合性的上海贸易洽谈会,1983年8月21日至30日在上海展览馆举行。在市委和市政府领导下,在对外经济贸易部的指导下,经过全体工作人员的努力,以及各有关方面的大力支持,洽谈会达到了广交朋 For the first time in four years since the Liberation War of the People’s Republic of China, Shanghai was also the first comprehensive trade fair held by the State Council after Shanghai approved the expansion of foreign economic and trade autonomy. It was held at the Shanghai Exhibition Center from August 21st to August 30th, 1983. Under the leadership of the municipal party committee and the municipal government, under the guidance of the Ministry of Foreign Economic Relations and Trade, through the efforts of all staff and the strong support of all parties involved, the meeting reached a wide audience.
