前言 Ti-6Al-6V-2.5Sn是一种可热处理强化的(α+β)两相钛合金。较之Ti6Al4V合金,其V含量高,因此,在退火热处理条件下能获得较高的强度。从加工角度看希望挤压成型能具有较好的性能,亦即屈服强度低,延伸率和面缩率较大。试验发现在不同淬火温度下,力学性能变化较大,在830℃水淬下屈服强度有一个低值,相应的延伸率和面缩率较大。因此,探讨这种热处理制度使材料在挤压成型时具有良好的加工性能,并通过适当的热处理使材料获得较好的强度性能,在实际工艺研究与控制中是很有价值的。本文采用X射线衍射分析与金相观察方法,探讨了Ti-6Al-6V-2.5Sn合金挤压管材
Introduction Ti-6Al-6V-2.5Sn is a heat-treatable (α + β) two-phase titanium alloy. Compared with the Ti6Al4V alloy, which has a high V content, high strength can be obtained under the annealing heat treatment conditions. From the processing point of view, extrusion molding can have better performance, that is, low yield strength, elongation and reduction of surface area larger. It is found that the mechanical properties change greatly under different quenching temperatures. There is a low value of yield strength at 830 ℃ water quenching, and the corresponding elongation and area reduction are larger. Therefore, to explore the heat treatment system so that the material has good extrusion process performance, and through appropriate heat treatment materials to obtain better strength properties, in the actual process of research and control is of great value.
