科技的进步,计算机的广泛应用推动着信息技术的高速发展,数据量的增加、信息的交换也日益频繁,经济的全球化加速了大数据时代的到来。传统的人力资源管理模式已不能适应其发展。时代对人力资源管理提出了新的要求。人力资源管理模式的变革要依据时代背景来展开,采取行之有效的变革措施,创新变革方案,为企业的发展提供便捷、高效的专业化管理服务。本文就大数据时代背景下,对人力资源管理展开的变革进行简要分析。
The advancement of science and technology, the extensive application of computers, promote the rapid development of information technology, the increase of data volume and the exchange of information, and the globalization of economy has accelerated the advent of the era of big data. The traditional mode of human resource management can not adapt to its development. Times put forward new requirements for human resources management. The reform of human resources management mode should be carried out according to the background of the times. Effective measures for change should be taken to innovate the reform programs and provide convenient and efficient professional management services for the development of enterprises. This article briefly analyzes the changes of HRM under the background of big data era.
