本文报告用顺铂(CDDP)-博来霉素(PEP)治疗头颈部恶性淋巴瘤8例的效果(均为非何杰金氏淋巴瘤),行本疗法前均未用其它方法治疗。男7、女1例,年龄46～74岁,平均61.7岁。原发部位:咽淋巴环6例,腮腺1例,颈部淋巴结1例。病期:Ⅰ期4例,Ⅱ期4例。组织学分类:低度滤泡性混合型1例,中度弥漫性混合型3例,大细胞性弥漫型4例。动脉注射法:采用动脉造影超选择性局部动脉注射疗法,即经皮穿刺颈总动脉或股动脉 This article reported the efficacy of cisplatin (CDDP)-bleomycin (PEP) in the treatment of 8 cases of head and neck malignant lymphomas (all non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma). No other treatment was used before this therapy. Male 7, female 1 case, aged 46 to 74 years old, average 61.7 years old. Primary sites: 6 cases of pharyngeal lymph node, 1 case of parotid gland, and 1 case of cervical lymph node. Disease period: 4 cases in stage I and 4 cases in stage II. Histological classification: 1 case of low follicular mixed type, 3 cases of moderate diffuse mixed type, 4 cases of large cell diffuse type.
