This paper introduces the framework and basic conditions for lean manufacturing management in cigarette manufacturing enterprises, analyzes the implementation of lean management and the application of lean tools in combination with the practical experience of enterprises, and puts forward the viewpoint and concrete implementation of using kanban management as the basic pivot of lean management method.
