本文采用免疫组化法检测9份胸腺、18份淋巴结及12份外周血标本中不同发育阶段的淋巴(样)细胞合成生长激素的情况。结果发现,上述三种标本中的淋巴细胞均能胞内合成生长激素,且与淋巴细胞的发育成熟有关。经丝裂原刺激后外周血T、B淋巴细胞生长激素阳性细胞所占百分比都明显增高(P<0.05)。提示淋巴细胞自分泌/旁分泌生长激素可能对淋巴细胞的生长发育以及特异性免疫应答具有较循环中垂体性生长激素更为重要的作用。
In this study, immunohistochemistry was used to detect the growth hormone (GH) in lymphocytes of different stages in 9 thymus, 18 lymph nodes and 12 peripheral blood samples. The results showed that the above three specimens of lymphocytes can intracellular synthesis of growth hormone, and lymphocyte maturation. The percentage of T and B lymphocyte-derived growth hormone-positive cells in peripheral blood stimulated by mitogen was significantly increased (P <0.05). Suggesting that lymphocyte autocrine / paracrine growth hormone may have a more important role in the growth and development of lymphocytes and the specific immune response than circulating pituitary growth hormone.
