目的探讨新生儿期暴发-抑制脑电图的病因与转归,为临床提供帮助。方法应用视频脑电图对本院256例新生儿进行早期视频脑电图监测并分析病因及转归。结果17例脑电图表现为暴发-抑制的新生儿中,新生儿期死亡5例,非自然因素死亡1例,失访2例,6例有严重的神经系统后遗症,其他3例暴发-抑制图形消失的患儿未出现明显的神经系统并发症。结论患儿的预后取决于其原发病;积极有效地视频脑电图监测有助于寻找病因和判断预后。
Objective To investigate the neonatal outbreak - to suppress the cause and outcome of electroencephalogram, to provide clinical help. Methods Video EEG was used to monitor early neonatal EEG in 256 neonates in our hospital and analyze the etiology and prognosis. Results Of the 17 cases of EEG outbreak-suppression, 5 died in neonatal period, 1 died in non-natural cause, 2 lost in follow-up, 6 had severe neurological sequelae, and the other 3 outbreak-suppressed There were no obvious neurologic complications in the disappeared children. Conclusion The prognosis of children depends on their primary disease; active and effective video EEG monitoring helps to find the cause and determine the prognosis.
