人力资源是现代企业中最宝贵、最重要的资源,是推动国民经济发展的第一要素。因此,加强国企人力资源的管理,进一步发挥人力资源管理在现代企业建设中的作用,这对于国企的可持续发展和核心竞争力建设具有重要的现实作用和指导意义。一、坚持以人为本,强化人本管理。实施“人本管理”是现代企业制度的内在要求。然而在市场经济条件下,国企以建立现代企业制度作为改革目标,势必要求社会化的管理,即人人参与管理。
Human resources are the most valuable and important resources in modern enterprises and the first element in promoting the development of the national economy. Therefore, strengthening the management of human resources in state-owned enterprises and further exerting the role of human resources management in the construction of modern enterprises have important realistic and guiding significance for the sustainable development and core competitiveness of state-owned enterprises.
