目的评估两种再生手术器械清洗方法的效果,以选择最佳清洗方法。方法选择使用后中等污染的手术器械600件,随机分为试验组(300件)和对照组(300件)。对照组(B组)采用含氯消毒液浸泡30 min后清水冲洗,试验组(A组)采用含氯消毒剂浸泡30 min后再用多酶清洗液浸泡10 min后清水冲洗,分别采用目测法和隐血试验法比较两组器械清洗后的洁净度及残留血迹污染情况。结果目测法结果显示试验组中各种穿刺针洁净率高于对照组。隐血试验结果显示试验组中不同器械洁净度均高于对照组。结论含氯消毒剂浸泡后再用多酶清洗液浸泡冲洗是供应室较理想的清洗方法。
Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of two methods of cleaning surgical instruments to select the best method of cleaning. Methods Sixty-six moderately-contaminated surgical instruments were selected and randomly divided into test group (300) and control group (300). The control group (group B) was rinsed with chlorine disinfectant for 30 min and then rinsed with water. The test group (group A) was treated with chlorine disinfectant for 30 min and then rinsed with clean water for 10 min. And occult blood test to compare the cleanliness of the two groups of instruments after cleaning and residual blood contamination. Results Visual test results showed that the cleaning rate of various puncture needles in the test group was higher than that of the control group. Occult blood test results showed that the cleanliness of different instruments in the test group were higher than the control group. Conclusion After soaking chlorine-containing disinfectant and then using more enzyme cleaning solution immersion flushing is the supply room more ideal cleaning method.
