全现浇钢筋混凝土桥梁结构墩身混凝土的施工,混凝土产生缺陷,致使桥梁结构达不到设计承载力,不能正常使用,在施工中有针对性的采取预防措施,对既有的缺陷加以必要的修复处理,保证混凝土结构质量满足设计要求。就某全现浇钢筋混凝土桥的某一个墩身承载力不足,对构件的外观、钢筋分布和混凝土质量进行了调查,对构件的承载力和可靠性进行了评估,经过方案比选,采用加大截面法进行补强加固处理。实践证明,加固效果良好。
