DC04冷轧深冲用钢板广泛应用于汽车、家电等行业。冷轧板的孔洞缺陷是常见表面缺陷之一。通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和X射线能谱仪(EDS),对DC04冷轧带钢中出现的孔洞缺陷进行检验分析。结果表明,造成孔洞缺陷的主要原因是供冷轧原料铸坯中存在卷渣情况,致使基板延伸减薄过程中夹杂物的影响局部放大,最终撕裂形成孔洞。要避免或减少此类孔洞缺陷的出现,必须严格控制钢水的纯净度和冶炼、浇注环节,从而提高冷轧产品的合格率。
DC04 cold-rolled deep-drawing steel is widely used in automotive, home appliances and other industries. Cold-rolled sheet hole defects are one of the common surface defects. Hole defects in DC04 cold-rolled strip were examined by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS). The results show that the main reason for the hole defects is the entrainment of slag in the slab for cold rolling. As a result, the influence of inclusions in the process of extending and reducing the substrate is partially enlarged, and eventually the holes are torn. To avoid or reduce the appearance of such hole defects, we must strictly control the purity of steel and smelting, pouring links, thereby improving the pass rate of cold-rolled products.
