提出了用同一把插齿刀加工一对内啮合变厚齿轮副中内外齿轮的新加工方法。通过对斜插后齿轮的齿面方程的推导和误差分析,详细论证了该加工方法的可行性,并给出了最佳斜向插削角度的计算公式。分析结果表明:该种加工方法所产生的齿形误差很小,且两齿轮分度圆上的压力角基本相同,这就能够保证两齿轮的正确啮合传动。而且通过实例验证了两变厚齿轮斜向插削角度计算公式的正确性。最近利用该加工方法已实际加工出两对内啮合变厚齿轮副,并已应用在一新型减速器中,效果很好。理论和实践证明,该加工方法能够利用国内现有的设备加工出高精度的内啮合变厚齿轮副。
A new processing method of machining a pair of internal and external thickening gear pairs with internal and external gears using the same gear shaper cutter is proposed. The feasibility of the machining method is demonstrated in detail by deducing and error analysis of the flank equation of the bevel gear. The formula for calculating the optimum angle of bevel cutting is given. The analysis results show that the tooth shape error generated by this kind of processing method is very small, and the pressure angles on the two gear indexing circles are basically the same, which can ensure the correct meshing transmission of the two gears. And the correctness of the formula for calculating the angle of oblique plunge of two variable thickness gears is validated by an example. Recently, the machining method has been actually used to produce two pairs of internal gear thickening gear, and has been used in a new type of reducer, the effect is very good. Theory and practice have proved that the processing method can use the existing domestic equipment to produce a high-precision internal gear thickening gears.
