随着二汽汽车产量的不断增加,为提高粉冶产品的质量及降低生产成本,拟利用二汽的边角余料采用高压水雾化制粉的新工艺,以解决二汽粉冶厂长期未解决的自制铁粉的问题。本文列举了年产铁粉500t/1000t两种方案,从工艺的可靠性,生产成本的经济性,客观条件的可能性等方面,进行可行性研究分析。经初步分析,具有一定的经济价值,是可行的。
