目的:建立测定视衰康复灵片中大黄素的含量测定方法。方法:C18柱,甲醇-水-冰醋酸（78:22:0.35）为流动相,流速为1mL·min-1,UV检测波长为427nm。结果:此方法线性关系良好,平均加样回收率为100.5％（n=6）。结论:本方法分离良好,结果准确可靠,为控制视衰康复灵片的质量提供了依据。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of emodin in Aifuji Huailingling Tablets. Methods: C18 column, methanol-water-glacial acetic acid (78:22:0.35) was used as the mobile phase, the flow rate was 1 mL·min-1, UV detection wavelength was 427nm. Results: This method has a good linear relationship with an average recovery of 100.5% (n=6). Conclusion: The method is well-separated and the result is accurate and reliable. It provides the basis for controlling the quality of the visual-familiar rehabilitation tablets.
