国家在西部实施“农村义务教育学生营养改善计划”后,农村学生就餐条件和身体素质有所改善,但也遇到了一些亟待解决的问题:地方财政对“营养改善计划”的支持亟待落实;学校食堂配备数量依然不足、质量不高,管理成本和压力增大,企业供餐的运输成本高、安全隐患大等。建议提高农村学校的供餐质量,如由地方财政出资培训学校餐饮人员,多管齐下保证食品安全,地方财政为配备的工勤人员埋单等。
