一、企业必须按市场需求变化为中心,组织生产活动在产品经济时期,我厂任务是上级给,产品不愁销。但到1980年,上级下达的任务还不够半年干的,要靠“找米下锅”吃饭。这迫使我们必须转变观念,按市场需求组织生产,服务于市场、开拓市场。我厂一方面组织力量四处揽活,不分产品类别,即使大修业务或非煤机产品,只要能干的都承接下来,以暂时维持生存;另一方面通过市场调查与选型,集中全力,抓新产品开发,仅用两年多时间,相继开
First, the company must focus on changes in market demand, organize production activities in the product economy period, our factory task is superior, products are not written off. This forces us to change our concepts, organize production according to market demand, serve the market, and open up markets. On the one hand, our factory organizes its forces to take a diligent job regardless of product category. On the other hand, through market research and selection, we will focus on new products and catch new ones. Product development, which took more than two years and opened one after another
