宜都市2005～2009年连续5年实施了农业部全国农技中心和湖北省植保总站安排的“全国柑橘重大病虫害绿色防控示范”项目,示范区内大力推广应用农业防治、生物防治、物理防治等综合防治技术,柑橘品质和效益明显提高,生产成本逐步下降,达到了优质、高产、安全、低耗和高效的目标。
