对用不同的表面活性剂的胶束电动毛细管色谱法分离四种四环素类抗生素的方法进行了初步的研究。结果表明， Triton X－ 100的 MECC法可获得令人满意的结果，而阳离子及阴离子的表面活性剂之 MECC法分离效果较差。本文还对造成各个结果的原因进行了分析。该方法可为测定四环素类药物提供一定的参考。
A preliminary study on the separation of four tetracycline antibiotics by micellar electrokinetic capillary chromatography with different surfactants was carried out. The results show that the MECC method of Triton X-100 can obtain satisfactory results, while the separation of cationic and anionic surfactants by MECC method is less effective. The article also analyzes the causes of each result. This method can provide a reference for the determination of tetracyclines.
