为了满足列车提速和车轮快速准确探伤的需要,研制了列车车轮超声波自动探伤机。探伤机通过旋转扫查的方式,由8通道分设2个探头组,同时扫查轮毂的内侧面和踏面;通过工控机与DMC运动控制卡控制液压系统和驱动电机实现自动探伤的各种运动;通过应用小波变换对超声波回波信号进行降噪处理;基于Labwindows/CVI编写操控软件,实现人机交互。实际应用表明该自动探伤机结构合理、运行稳定可靠,降低了探伤的劳动强度,提高了列车车轮探伤的效率和准确性。
