当前随着社会的发展进步,受到市场经济以及各种不同文化的影响,人们的日常生活发生了巨大的变化,不同单位的职工在工作过程中对于自身的合法权益越来越重视,同时对于自己未来的职业发展也有了更高的要求。工会作为企业中维护职工权益重要的职能部门,怎样更好地维护好职工的权益是其重要的课题。本文主要从工会维护职工权益的途径入手,从几个方面进行了简单的分析。
