饮食文化在中国特别发达,是中国文化的缩影。语言是文化的载体,文化是语言的内容,饮食文化在汉语中有深刻表现,形成了汉语的独特表达方式。在对外汉语教学中,结合饮食文化来进行汉语教学,一方面能帮助学生更好地掌握汉语,另一方面也能传播饮食文化,这样能取得事半功倍的教学效果。对饮食文化的重新审视对于汉语国际推广有重大意义。
Food culture is particularly developed in China, is a microcosm of Chinese culture. Language is the carrier of culture, culture is the content of language, and food culture has profound performance in Chinese, forming a unique expression of Chinese. In teaching Chinese as a foreign language, combining Chinese with food culture, Chinese teaching can help students master Chinese better and, on the other hand, can spread food culture so as to achieve a multiplier effect. A re-examination of the diet culture is of great significance for the promotion of Chinese language.
