当今社会出现教师难做、学生难教、教师心态不好的现象已成为不容回避的事实。社会发展迅速,竞争激烈,人们面对许许多多的诱惑,其价值观念发生深刻的变化,在教师心理层面,不但形成了新的矛盾和冲突,而且也加剧了原有的矛盾和冲突。通过交流,我了解到教师的职业压力来自多方面。一是来自社会的压力。教师职业的本职属性是育人。古往今来,社会要求教师“传道、授业、解惑”;要求“师者、人之模范也”;要求教师成为“人类灵魂的工程师”。教师不但承载了文化传递的使命,也承载了道德传递的使命。社会在发展,对教育的要求也越来
