本文研究了焊接结构用耐侯钢焊缝金属韧性受Cr含量的影响。试验结果表明,Cr对焊缝金属显微组织有显著影响,Cr含量增加,冲击韧性随之下降。为保证焊缝金属具有一定的耐候性,又有良好的韧性,应控制Cr含量。对这种钢的焊缝金属显微组织也作了辨认和定量分析,并探讨了各种组织对冲击韧性的影响。根据试验结果焊接了实际接头,测定了其各种性能。
In this paper, we study the toughness of weld metal weld metal toughness by Cr content. The experimental results show that Cr has a significant effect on the microstructure of weld metal, and the content of Cr increases with the decrease of impact toughness. In order to ensure the weld metal has a certain weatherability, but also has good toughness, Cr content should be controlled. The weld metal microstructure of this steel was also identified and quantitatively analyzed, and the impact of various structures on impact toughness was also investigated. The actual joints were welded according to the test results and their various properties were measured.
