目的 观察谷参肠安对缺血再灌注家兔肠道的保护作用。方法 家兔 2 1只 ,采用失血性休克模型 ,随机分为三组 ,检测肠道组织中EB、MDA、TNF含量及DAO活性 ,小肠组织做透射电镜观察。结果 再灌注 90min后谷参肠安治疗组肠组织EB、MDA、TNF水平低于对照组 ,DAO活性则高于对照组。电镜观察谷参肠安治疗组肠粘膜上皮细胞损伤不明显。结论 谷参肠安对家兔缺血再灌注损伤肠道有保护作用
Objective To observe the protective effect of Gu Shen Chang An on the intestine of rabbits with ischemia-reperfusion injury. Methods Twenty-one rabbits were randomly divided into three groups according to the model of hemorrhagic shock. The contents of EB, MDA, TNF and the activities of DAO in intestinal tissue were determined. The intestinal tissues were observed under transmission electron microscope. Results The levels of EB, MDA and TNF in intestinal tissue of GuZhiXianAn treatment group were lower than those in control group 90 min after reperfusion, and the activity of DAO was higher than that in control group. Electron microscopy of ginseng intestinal safety treatment group intestinal mucosal epithelial cell injury is not obvious. Conclusion Ganshenchangan has a protective effect on intestinal ischemia-reperfusion injury in rabbits
